Associate - Freight Forwarding

JOB SUMMARY

Looking for an experienced or non-experienced Air Import/Export and Ocean import/Export operators KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Effectively schedule bookings for simple and complex cargo shipments
• Ensure the complete and timely delivery of freight by attaining knowledge from clients in order to satisfy their needs and completing paperwork that meets stringent requirement
• Process data through the company’s system
• Identify transactions and tasks that require special handling, recommend improved process to management and implement resolutions within assigned scope of responsibility
• In addition to basic math, be able to analyze numerical data, understand components and relationship and patterns and draw conclusions
• Comprehends the full range of freight forwarding services: order management, movement scheduling, monitor and control services, cost optimization, etc.
• Other duties related to the position / emplyment. MINUMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)
• Prefer bilingual in Korean
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent experience is preferred
• Able to identify and solve problems in a timely manner and create solutions independently.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
