Supported Living Registered Nurse
Job description
We are seeking a Program Nurse to oversee healthcare and medical support for program participants. This role involves monitoring participant health, performing basic physical exams, and developing annual medical care plans. You will schedule and attend medical appointments, manage prescriptions, and oversee dietary plans.
