Salesforce Consultant – CRM Solutions

About the Role

At Ibis Solutions, we are looking for a Salesforce Consultant to join our team and work on CRM projects for enterprise clients. In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal delivery teams to understand business needs, improve customer-facing processes, and translate requirements into practical Salesforce solutions.

We are looking for someone who combines a good understanding of CRM processes with hands-on Salesforce experience and enjoys working with both business and technical teams. What You’ll Do

• Participate in discovery sessions and workshops with clients
• Gather and analyze business and functional requirements
• Translate business needs into Salesforce solutions using platform capabilities and best practices
• Configure Salesforce solutions using declarative and low-code tools
• Work with Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and other platform capabilities, depending on the project
• Work closely with developers, architects and project teams during implementation
• Support testing, user acceptance and solution rollout activities
• Help identify risks, dependencies and opportunities for improvement throughout the project
• Communicate with client stakeholders and support them throughout the implementation process
• Contribute to solution documentation, estimates and proposals when needed
• Stay up to date with Salesforce platform capabilities and new features What We’re Looking For
• Hands-on experience working with Salesforce or Salesforce-based CRM projects
• Good understanding of CRM concepts and business processes
• Experience with Salesforce configuration and declarative tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively in a project environment
• Fluent English, both written and spoken Nice to Have
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud
• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, App Builder or Consultant
• Understanding of data migration and data quality topics
• Experience participating in client workshops or discovery sessions
• Basic understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) or Salesforce technical architecture
