Delivery & Operations Manager

At Ibis Solutions, we are looking for an experienced Delivery & Operations Manager to lead how we deliver technology solutions to our clients and manage the shared operational capabilities that support our business. This is a senior leadership role for someone who combines strong IT delivery experience, technical understanding and people leadership — and enjoys bringing structure to complexity, connecting teams and building modern, efficient and scalable ways of working.

Your role

You will take ownership of our company-wide delivery and operations model, ensuring high-quality, predictable project execution and reliable internal technology operations. You will lead our Project Delivery Coordination, Internal IT, Infrastructure & Operations and DevOps capabilities , working closely with technical leaders, Solution Architecture and Commercial teams.

What you'll do

Drive delivery excellence across our project portfolio, ensuring quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction. Lead shared technology operations, including Internal IT, infrastructure and DevOps, supporting both engineering teams and client delivery. Optimize resources, capacities and priorities across projects and technical functions.

Establish and continuously improve delivery standards, governance, workflows and quality practices. Lead and develop people, strengthening ownership, collaboration and accountability. Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks and escalations. Use data, KPIs, AI and automation to improve delivery performance, operational efficiency and profitability.

Support presales and project planning, connecting commercial commitments with delivery capabilities.

What we're looking for

5+ years of IT experience, including leadership of complex projects or multidisciplinary technical teams. Strong experience in project, program or portfolio management within software development, enterprise solutions or system integration. Solid technical understanding of software engineering, IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, DevOps and IT operations.

Experience managing shared resources in a multi-project environment. Proven ability to build efficient processes, develop people and improve organizational performance. Strong communication, stakeholder management and decision-making skills. A proactive, structured mindset and genuine enthusiasm for modern technologies and smarter ways of working.
