Service Engineer

Job Title: Service Engineer Location: Ahmedabad Experience: 1–5 Years Qualification: Graduate / BBA / MBA / Diploma (Engineering preferred) Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Service Engineer to support customers by handling product-related queries, ensuring proper maintenance of equipment, and delivering excellent service support in the field.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support and resolve customer issues Maintain and service onsite equipment Handle complaints and ensure timely resolution Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and internal teams Recommend product improvements and additional solutions Support customers through technical and administrative activities Required Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of Electrical & Electronics Understanding of Welding & Cutting / Industrial Equipment Field sales exposure in machinery/automation preferred Problem-solving and negotiation skills Willingness to travel Additional Requirements: Basic awareness of ISO 9001:2015 Team player with adaptability and customer-focused approach
