Job Description QUALIFICATIONS: B.Arch Key Responsibilities Pre-Concept & Project Planning Concept & Schematic Design Design Development Tender & GFC Documentation Site Execution & Snagging Candidate Profile Experience on mid-to-large-scale Residential and/or Commercial projects . Good understanding of Architectural Design, Construction Documentation and Site Execution.

Ability to understand Architectural, Structural and MEP Drawings. Proficiency in AutoCAD, PowerPoint, and MS Office . Knowledge of Revit/BIM will be an advantage. Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
