🔧 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ✅ Develop detailed maintenance work packages and job plans ✅ Plan preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities ✅ Manage work orders and maintenance backlogs ✅ Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and contractor resources ✅ Conduct field walkdowns and verify job scopes ✅ Support shutdowns, turnarounds, and maintenance outages ✅ Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintenance standards 🎯 REQUIREMENTS: ✔️ Industrial maintenance planning experience ✔️ Experience in chemical plants, refineries, or petrochemical facilities preferred ✔️ Proficiency with SAP, Maximo, or similar CMMS systems ✔️ Knowledge of mechanical equipment, piping, and rotating equipment ✔️ Ability to read P&IDs and technical drawings ✔️ Strong organizational and communication skills ✔️ MUST BE LOCAL TO ORANGE, TX OR SURROUNDING AREAS 🚨 QUALIFIED LOCAL CANDIDATES ENCOURAGED TO APPLY!
