Core Project Management is actively seeking a highly experienced Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and operational finance within an industrial environment.

🏭 CHEMICAL PLANT EXPERIENCE HIGHLY PREFERRED! We are looking for a results-driven financial professional with strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and hands-on SAP experience. 💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ✅ Financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis ✅ Lead product inventories in compliance with SOX/Internal Controls ✅ Develop financial models for capital investments and strategic initiatives ✅ Analyze profitability, operational costs, and financial performance ✅ Identify cost-saving opportunities and financial risks ✅ Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and leadership presentations ✅ Support month-end/year-end closing processes and audits ✅ Monitor KPIs and provide strategic financial recommendations 🎯 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: ✔️ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field ✔️ Minimum 5+ years of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or accounting experience ✔️ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills – REQUIRED ✔️ SAP/ERP experience – REQUIRED ✔️ Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities ✔️ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills ✔️ Ability to work in an industrial/chemical plant environment ✔️ MUST BE LOCAL TO ORANGE, TX OR SURROUNDING AREAS ⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 🔹 Chemical plant or manufacturing finance experience 🔹 MBA, CPA, CMA, or CFA designation 🔹 Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or FP&A software 🔹 Strong understanding of financial controls and operational accounting 📅 SCHEDULE: Primarily Monday–Friday, with weekends and overtime as needed.
