Off-Plan Specialist

Job Responsibilities

Promote and sell off-plan properties from leading UAE developers. Generate new leads through networking, referrals, calls, and social media platforms. Conduct client meetings and provide professional investment advice. Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international investors. Stay updated with the latest off-plan launches, market trends, and competitor activities.

Conduct property presentations, site visits, and virtual meetings with clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company. Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and transactions in CRM systems. Coordinate with developers and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions. Provide excellent customer service before and after sales.

Requirements

Requirements Minimum 1–2 years of UAE real estate experience, preferably in off-plan sales. Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi and Dubai real estate market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment. Strong networking and client relationship management abilities.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or other languages will be an advantage. Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
