Client Success Coordinator

We’re looking for a Client Success Coordinator who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and staying organized in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service. Serve as a point of contact for client questions, needs, and ongoing support. Assist with client onboarding and account support. Communicate with clients, technicians, vendors, and internal teams. Help coordinate schedules and keep client requests moving.

Assist with order processing, invoicing, data entry, and other administrative tasks. Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For Customer service, administrative, or related experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A professional and friendly phone presence. Strong organization and time-management skills. Ability to multitask and stay calm when priorities change. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Comfortable using Microsoft Office products. A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
