FOR NT-03: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower band, NT-02 (GS-05 through GS-08 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applying technical engineering procedures, reading, interpreting, or applying technical drawings, diagrams, or specifications to perform technical engineering work (e.

g., safe handling and production of liquid nitrate esters, safe handling and production of acids and bases; design; quality; or adaptation of production systems and equipment) in support of manufacturing energetic chemicals, materials or related systems for an organization. FOR NT-02: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower band, NT-01 (GS-01 through GS-04 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: reading and interpreting technical drawings, diagrams, or specifications to assist technical engineering work (e.g., design; quality; or adaptation of production systems and equipment) for an organization. FOR NT-02: Successfully completed a full 4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree (a) with major study in an appropriate field of engineering, construction, or industrial technology; or (b) that included at least 24 semester hours in any combination of courses such as engineering, engineering or industrial technology, construction, physics, drafting, surveying, physical science, or mathematics.

OR Have a combination of experience and post high school education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
