The AC Hotel Reston and Residence Inn Reston are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and results-oriented Senior Sales Manager to join our sales team. This key revenue-generating role is responsible for driving group and transient business through proactive sales initiatives, strategic account management, and strong relationship development.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales goals, securing new business opportunities, managing high-value corporate accounts, and delivering exceptional client experiences. This individual will play a critical role in expanding market share, increasing revenue, and strengthening the hotels' presence throughout the corporate, government, association, sports, and group markets.
Salary Range $75K-$82K annually
