Certified Peer Support Specialist / Macomb Health Partners / Full-time (40hrs.)

The Certified Peer Supports Specialist functions as part of a team to provide flexible services aimed at supporting, directly or indirectly, persons served. The Certified Peer Supports Specialist is an individual who possesses a unique perspective to treatment, due to his/her own personal experience with Mental Illness that professional training cannot replicate.

They often act as a consultant to other team members, helping them understand the persons’ served perspectives and subjective experiences. This position has a high degree of person integrity, generates positive energy, and makes a difference every day
