Rehab Nurse RN

The Rehab Nurse RN is a key associate at Hope Network whose primary responsibilities include:

Responsible to oversee the medical treatment and mental health status of individuals receiving transitional and long-term residential services at HNNR, in conjunction with the residents’ multidisciplinary team and physicians. This includes both direct health care delivery and specifying treatments and procedures that are to be carried out by the Rehab. Techs. Responsible for medication evaluation. Provides clinical supervision and direction to the Program Nurse LPNs. May consult with other HNNR nursing staff regarding consumer issues.
