You’ll support the Housekeeping team by maintaining public areas, assisting with guest requests, and helping ensure our suites and shared spaces meet hotel cleanliness and service standards. Your reliability, attention to detail, and friendly service will help create a positive stay—from the lobby and breakfast area to guest floors and other shared spaces.

What You Will Do

Clean and maintain assigned public areas, including the lobby, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and other common spaces. Keep the breakfast area, fitness center, and other guest facilities clean and presentable, as assigned. Assist Housekeeping with delivering linens, towels, amenities, and supplies to guest rooms and storage areas.

Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, such as delivering extra towels or supplies. Remove trash and soiled linen from designated areas and transport them to the appropriate locations. Help maintain housekeeping closets, storage areas, carts, and equipment in a clean and organized condition. Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, lost-and-found items, and guest-room issues to the appropriate team member.

Assist with cleaning and preparing guest rooms or other areas when needed. Follow hotel procedures for handling cleaning products, equipment, and guest property. Support the Housekeeping team during busy periods and assist with special cleaning projects as assigned. Maintain a professional, helpful presence when interacting with guests and team members.

Follow Hilton brand standards, safety procedures, and company policies. Perform other related duties as assigned. What We’re Looking For Previous hotel, housekeeping, or custodial experience preferred; we’re willing to train the right candidate. A dependable, team-oriented approach and a strong work ethic. Attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, welcoming spaces.

Friendly, professional communication and a guest-focused attitude. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Ability to work at a steady pace and prioritize assigned tasks. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout a shift, and to lift or move housekeeping supplies as needed, with or without reasonable accommodation.
