You’ll prepare guest suites and bathrooms to hotel standards, replenish supplies, and help ensure each room is ready for a great stay. Your care, consistency, and attention to detail will help guests enjoy a comfortable stay and support the Housekeeping team in delivering excellent service.

What You Will Do

Clean and prepare guest suites according to hotel cleanliness and presentation standards. Make beds and change linens as needed. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens or kitchenettes, and guest-room surfaces. Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and clean floors and other assigned areas. Replenish towels, linens, toiletries, and other guest-room supplies.

Remove trash and used linens and transport them to designated areas. Report maintenance concerns, damaged items, safety hazards, and room-status updates to the appropriate team member. Respond courteously to guest requests and communicate them to the Housekeeping team when needed. Follow procedures for handling guest belongings, lost-and-found items, and room access.

Keep housekeeping carts, closets, and equipment clean, stocked, and organized. Use cleaning products and equipment safely and according to hotel procedures. Assist with deep-cleaning projects and other Housekeeping duties as assigned. Follow Hilton brand standards, safety procedures, and company policies. Provide professional and courteous service to guests and team members.

What We’re Looking For Previous hotel housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred; we’re willing to train the right candidate. Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, comfortable guest rooms. A dependable, team-oriented approach and a strong work ethic. Friendly, professional communication and a guest-focused attitude.

Ability to follow instructions, manage assigned rooms, and work independently or as part of a team. Ability to work at a steady pace and prioritize tasks. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout a shift; ability to lift or move linens and supplies as needed, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed. Ready to Make a Difference?
