Performance Marketing Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a B2B performance marketing agency as a Performance Marketing Manager, running paid campaigns for multiple clients. You will work closely with Growth Consultants and GTM Engineers to generate qualified leads and improve campaign performance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own client advertising accounts and make decisions that guide their ongoing development.
• Plan new account structures and quickly learn each client's business and market.
• Set up, manage, and optimize paid search and social campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Microsoft, and Meta.
• Monitor campaign KPIs, tracking, and reporting, and act on performance issues and opportunities.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• At least one year of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Experience independently setting up and optimizing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
• Experience owning advertising accounts and managing at least five figures in monthly ad spend.
• A track record in B2B lead generation, with results measured through metrics such as CPL, ROAS, or pipeline.
• Fluent English and native-level German.
• Confidence with conversion tracking and reporting; experience with Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, agency clients, or AI tools is a plus.

COMPENSATION

& BENEFITS Salary is €50,000 to €70,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION Hybrid in Berlin, Germany, with three days per week in the office. The first month is fully on-site.
