What You'll Do

Help customers choose protection packages for their vehicle by presenting all products and their benefits. Ensure financing for customers; by building professional relationships with lenders and working with them to get the best financing available for our customers. Develop and implement F&I strategies to meet sales and revenue targets.

Submit deals to bank electronically using appropriate dealer system. Enter transactions accurately into ADP and bank approval systems. Process all transaction paperwork and ensure it is accurate and meets the needs of the Office, state specific DMV and lender requirements. Track deal receivables and follow-up on outstanding items to ensure collection of all money and bank stipulations for contract funding.

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to F&I products and services.

What You'll Bring

2+ years of experience in F&I management or a related field. Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue in an F&I environment. Strong knowledge of F&I products and services, including financing options and insurance products. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
