What You'll Do

As a Sales & Management Trainee, you'll gain experience across multiple areas of the business while learning how a successful wholesale distribution branch operates.

You'll:

Learn warehouse operations and inventory management

Assist customers and build lasting relationships

Develop product knowledge across plumbing, waterworks, and industrial supplies

Prepare quotes and support the sales process

Shadow experienced sales professionals and branch leaders

Learn how to solve customer challenges and grow business

Build the skills needed for future sales and management opportunities

Every trainee progresses at their own pace with support from experienced mentors.
