Cornwall 📍 Location: Cornwall (with future nationwide work) 📅 Start Date: Monday 02/11/2026 ⏳ Duration: Long-term work available About the Role JGL is seeking an experienced Brokk 520D Operator to join an upcoming project. This position offers an immediate start and the opportunity to become part of a growing operation, with plans to secure ongoing work nationwide using a dedicated Brokk machine.

While the initial assignment will be in Cornwall, the successful candidate should be willing to work on projects across the UK as the machine is mobilised to sites where it is required.

Requirements

Valid Brokk Operator Ticket/Certification Valid CSCS Card Experience operating a Brokk 520D or similar remote demolition equipment Ability to work safely and efficiently in demanding site environments Flexible approach to travel and working away when required Desirable: Current Site Medical Experience working in mining, tunnelling, heavy demolition, or industrial environments Duties Operating a Brokk 520D remote demolition machine safely and efficiently.

Carrying out demolition and excavation activities in line with project requirements. Conducting daily machine checks and reporting defects. Working closely with site management and other trades. Maintaining high standards of health, safety and housekeeping.
