PHYSICAL THERAPIST – CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with mobility limitations and functional impairments. The ideal candidate will develop individualized treatment plans focused on reducing pain, restoring function, improving mobility, and preventing disability.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

& RESPONSIBILITIES ✓ Perform patient evaluations, including medical history, systems reviews, and appropriate physical assessments. ✓ Develop individualized treatment plans with patient-centered goals. ✓ Implement appropriate therapeutic interventions based on patient needs and physician orders. ✓ Monitor patient progress and reassess responses to treatment.

✓ Develop and manage discharge plans throughout the course of care. ✓ Supervise and delegate responsibilities to support staff and students in accordance with state regulations. ✓ Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation. ✓ Communicate effectively with patients, families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.

✓ Assess patient education needs and provide appropriate guidance. ✓ Participate in professional development, educational programs, and quality improvement initiatives. ✓ Maintain a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff. ✓ Practice within the scope of state regulations and professional standards. ✓ Perform other related duties as assigned.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS ✓ Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapy experience – REQUIRED. ✓ Active Texas license or Compact Privilege – REQUIRED.
