Substance Use Disorder Counselor

Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan (LSS) is seeking a Substance Use Disorder Counselor to join our team at Aspen Center in Waukesha County. Aspen Center provides residential substance use treatment for men in a supportive, recovery-focused environment.

This is a full-time, benefit-eligible opportunity with a Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. schedule, with the potential for some evening hours to facilitate groups.

We are seeking candidates who hold a SAC-IT, SAC or CSAC credential and are passionate about supporting individuals on their journey toward recovery.

Under the direction of the program and clinical supervisor, the Substance Use Disorder Counselor performs the core functions of a licensed addictions counselor and/or AODA/Correctional Case Manager.
