Job description
We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in CNC machine maintenance to join our team at the Bosch Nashik Plant. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in breakdown and preventive maintenance of CNC and SPM machines, troubleshooting mechanical systems, and ensuring high machine uptime in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform breakdown and preventive maintenance of CNC, VMC, HMC, Honing, Grinding, and SPM machines. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and carry out assembly/disassembly of spindles, ball screws, LM guides, slides, and hydraulic circuits. Maintain Fanuc-controlled machines and ensure maximum equipment uptime using MTTR, MTBF, and Why-Why analysis.
Inspect hydraulic and pneumatic systems, interpret engineering drawings, and follow 5S, Kaizen, and safety practices. Support production by ensuring machine reliability and compliance with maintenance standards. Key Skills & Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in CNC machine maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of CNC, VMC, HMC, Honing, Grinding, and SPM machines, including Fanuc systems. Hands-on experience with hydraulic & pneumatic systems, machine assembly/disassembly, troubleshooting, and engineering drawings. Familiarity with MTTR, MTBF, Uptime, Why-Why Analysis, 5S, Kaizen, and workplace safety. Diploma/B.
