Customer Service Officer

Company : Performance Motors Limited What You’ll Be Doing As a Customer Service Officer, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and professional experience across all service touchpoints. This role involves managing inbound and outbound communications, coordinating service appointments, and supporting operational efficiency while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Meet and Greet customer at the front reception Promote and assist with the usage of the Share Box (Key Drop) Promote App-ing & Mapping at the front reception Handle calls at all times and charge (wrap up code) accordingly if any Act as first point of telephone contact for customer support requests Obtain precise customer personal particulars, vehicle registration, car ownership (raise change management form for amendment / update) Check for support agreement / warranty validity per local guideline.

Ensure all inbound/ outbound calls, including customer compliments and complaints logged in CRM system are defined Assign call to the appropriate delivery method (CSA) and payment type Provide customer with call number for follow-up and set customer expectations on the next steps in the service delivery process Assist in special product campaign or promotions Arrange for shuttle service, airport service, pickup and delivery for customers Schedule customers for professional car care services To ensure daily service level achievement Assist in generating daily, weekly and monthly reports as and when required Who We’re Looking For Minimum O level with at least 2 years of experience in the customer service industry.

Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Customer-focused with a proactive service mindset. 5.25 work week
