Supervisor, Organ Recovery Coordinator

The Supervisor, Organ Recovery Coordinator oversees day-to-day activities related to organ recovery for transplant, including potential donor referrals, donor evaluation, authorization, and comprehensive donor management. Ensures compliance with hospital and OPTN policies and identifies opportunities to strengthen hospital participation in organ and tissue donation.

Oversees initial and surgical recovery activities, including advanced donor management strategies and invasive procedures. Coordinates donor recovery activities under the direction of the Medical Director, Clinical Management team, and recovery surgeon.
