This role blends technical knowledge, customer education, and relationship-building. You’ll assess each home, present clear options, and work closely with our install team to deliver a top-notch customer experience from start to finish. What You’ll Be Doing Examine HVAC systems in residential customer homes Perform airflow analysis, load calculations, and infrared/static pressure measurements Recommend the best equipment and solutions for each home Present options clearly and help customers make confident, informed decisions Partner with the HVAC install team to ensure a smooth, high-quality installation experience What You’ll Need High school diploma or GED Prior experience in residential HVAC sales (required) Comfortable using Microsoft Office Experience with customer service software such as Service.
