Clearly explain repair options, answer questions, and earn the customer’s confidence. Service and repair plumbing systems, including leak location, tankless and tank-type water heaters, water filtration, fixtures, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement. Guide and train an apprentice through hands-on experience. Keep accurate service records using your company-provided iPad and Service.

Titan. What You Bring: An active Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master Plumbing License Residential plumbing service and repair experience Strong communication and customer service skills, including the ability to present and sell recommended repairs The ability to guide and train an apprentice Comfort using an iPad and Service.
