MIT Support

Provide product & process knowledge to the manufacturing shop floor employees, team leaders and supervisors. Escalate product or process complications and observed errors to Plant Manager and Manufacturing Liaison MIT. Coordinate efforts to improve methods and processes relative to tools, fixturing, training, process sheets / sequence of events and quality of product.

Provide on the spot interpretation of drawings, special instructions, sales orders…etc. to maintain line flow. Coach and train shop floor employees on product and process knowledge. Actively participate in process audits, EoL defect follow up, customer satisfaction issue resolution and First Unit Review activities.
