Clean Team Inc. is expanding, and we're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Site Lead to oversee cleaning operations at a luxury car dealership in Dublin, Ohio.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with commercial cleaning experience who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and understands the importance of maintaining a spotless, professional environment.

We're looking for someone who can help keep this high-end facility looking its best while supporting team members and ensuring cleaning standards are consistently met.

YOUR SCHEDULE

• Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM-10:00 PM
• Full-time | 40 hours per week
• Weekends off
• Reports to the Area Manager

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As Site Lead, you'll help oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure the facility meets Clean Team's quality standards.

Responsibilities include

• Leading by example and assisting with daily cleaning duties
• Ensuring the facility is clean, presentable, and maintained to high standards
• Cleaning and maintaining offices, restrooms, showrooms, and common areas as assigned
• Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces
• Emptying trash and restocking supplies
• Monitoring cleaning quality and addressing areas that need additional attention
• Helping organize cleaning supplies and equipment
• Communicating staffing, supply, and facility concerns to the Area Manager
• Supporting team members and reinforcing company cleaning procedures
• Following all safety guidelines and maintaining a professional presence on-site

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work and can be trusted to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.

• Previous commercial cleaning experience required
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to work independently and help guide a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the shift
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 20 pounds as needed
• Must pass the required background check
