Job Title: Part-Time Evening Cleaner - Commercial Cleaning

Location: Davison, MI

Schedule: Monday-Friday, between the hours of 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM

In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining clean, safe, sanitary, and welcoming environments for our commercial business clients. Key Responsibilities

• General Cleaning: Perform routine maintenance tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and efficient trash removal across designated facilities.
• Sanitization: Thoroughly sanitize high-touch surfaces, restrooms, breakrooms, and shared office spaces to maintain top-tier health standards.
• Detail Work: Dust fixtures, office furniture, windowsills, baseboards, and hard-to-reach areas to uphold our rigorous cleanliness standards.
• Inventory Monitoring: Keep track of on-site cleaning supply inventories and notify management proactively when reordering is necessary.
• Facility Security: Ensure the facility premises are completely secure upon shift completion by double-checking all exterior doors and locking up securely.
• Safety Compliance: Adhering strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines established by both Clean Team Inc. and our individual client accounts.

Position Qualifications

• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Transportation: Must possess reliable daily transportation to travel to and from assigned commercial job sites punctually.
• Independence: Strong self-motivation with the ability to work effectively and autonomously without constant supervision.
• Organization: Excellent time management skills to ensure all checklist items are completed within your scheduled shift limits.
• Physical Stamina: Capability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 35 lbs comfortably throughout the duration of your shift.
• Experience:While previous background in janitorial work, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is certainly helpful, it isnot required-comprehensive, structured training is provided from day one!
