Onsite Maintainance Supervisor

Position: On-site Maintenance Supervisor Roles and Responsibilities Support maintenance activities at assigned HUD-owned or HUD-assisted properties. Maintain the assigned property in a decent, safe, sanitary, and good repair condition. Perform maintenance activities necessary to support ongoing property operations. Maintain the required professional certification throughout the period of contract performance.

Required Certification Must be a Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT).
