Data Governance & Analytics Manager

The Data Governance & Analytics Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining enterprise-wide data definitions, governance standards, and analytics enablement across the organization. This role ensures that data across enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), finance, manufacturing, and operational systems is accurate, consistent, trusted, and effectively used for decision-making.

Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, IT, and third-party implementation partners, this role drives data quality, key performance indicator (KPI) standardization, and adoption of reporting and analytics capabilities within a manufacturing organization operating across the United States and Canada.
