Packaging Engineer

The Packaging Engineer designs and commercializes packaging for solid-dose over the counter (OTC) and dietary supplement products across a growing, increasingly complex portfolio, balancing protection, consumer experience, manufacturability, and speed to market. The role partners with Research & Development (R&D), Operations, Quality, and suppliers to qualify new packaging technology and solutions to the business with a focus on quality and cost efficiency.

The Packaging Engineer operates under disciplined change control with audit ready documentation and drives continuous improvement in quality, cost, and sustainability.
