HR Technology Consultant (Oracle HCM)

You combine knowledge of HR processes and HR technology with a structured approach. You help ensure reliable systems, work effectively with suppliers and maintain clear documentation. You identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to automation and integrations. As part of the HR Technology & Insights team, you connect HR, Technology and suppliers.

Your experience and skills Higher professional education (HBO) level and 5+ years of experience; a university degree (WO) with 3–5 years of relevant experience is also suitable. 5–8 years of experience in HR IT or system administration with Oracle HCM. Strong written and spoken Dutch and English. Experience managing releases, changes and configurations.

Experience managing suppliers, KPIs and SLAs. Knowledge of governance, audits and documentation. Experience automating and integrating HR processes . A careful approach, with a focus on quality and data security. Important: this role is only open to candidates currently residing in the Netherlands.
