Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Dental Hygienist for The Primary Health Network in Farrell, Pennsylvania.

COMPENSATION

Starting at $62,000 with higher compensation based on years of experience. Additional $3,000 added to base salary after obtaining Public Health Hygienist certification. 403(b) retirement plan with 5% employer match. 160 hours Paid Time Off. 8 paid holidays.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Provide preventive dental hygiene services in an outpatient dental practice. Apply sealants and fluorides to help protect teeth. Remove tartar, stains, and plaque from teeth. Assess patients' oral health and report findings to dentists. Document patient care and treatment plans. Work alongside dentists and full support staff.

WHY DENTAL HYGIENISTS ARE APPLYING Monday-Thursday schedule from 8:30 AM-5:00 PM. Friday schedule from 8:30 AM-1:30 PM. 4½-day workweek. Continuing education time and allowance. Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Current Pennsylvania Dental Hygienist License. Ability to provide preventive dental hygiene services in an outpatient setting. Strong patient education and communication skills. Experience documenting patient treatment plans and clinical findings. Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered dental care.
