Responsibilities

Respond to service calls and parts requests; Perform purchase orders and billing; Manage claims for guarantees; Ensure service follow-up with customers.

Experience in a similar position (automobile, truck, equipment, machinery); Knowledge of mechanics; Skill with computer tools; Customer service oriented.
