• Support Staff: RNs, 1 Urgent Care APP, Office Staff

• Anesthesia, Cardio-Thoracic Surg, Cath Lab, General Surg, Lab, Neuro-Surg
• OR Response Time, Orthopedic Surg, Radiology & Vascular Surgery.
• Beds in the Dept: 38 combined ED/UC
• Trauma Level: II, III
• EMR: Cerner
• L&D Dept Available: Yes
• Other Info: 1st day will be dedicated to orientation & preferably Monday.

• WI License
• BC/BE (Will take FM/UC w/ experience)
