Work collaboratively with all teachers to ensure consistency throughout the program Work collaboratively and contribute to daily lesson plans that challenge students at all levels Communicate daily with parents through verbal face to face, email, daily sheets, etc. Work with and perform duties assigned by your lead teacher Represent Open Minds in a professional manner Build positive relationships in our surrounding communities Be a positive role model for your students Effectively manage your classroom/age group Attend monthly curriculum training (High Scope) Salary Ranges $12.00-$14.50 per/hour Qualifications: Job Requirements At least 16 years of age Proficiency with classroom technology (IPads, laptops, etc.) Ability to sit, stoop, bend to low level positions that best allow interactions with the students Current CPR and First Aid training Pass pre-employment screening and fingerprint background check Preferred Qualifications The ability to lift 40 lbs is strongly desired, and may be required in some classrooms
