• Ensure seamless execution of orders from confirmation to delivery
• Coordinate with internal teams and clusters for smooth operations
• Track stock availability and ensure timely restocking
• Monitor dispatch and handle urgent delivery requirements

The role requires strong ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Order Lifecycle Management

• Track and manage orders from confirmation to final delivery
• Ensure timely execution and proactive follow-ups at every stage
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to avoid delays

1. Cross-functional Coordination

• Work with cluster teams, procurement, operations, and logistics teams
• Ensure alignment between demand, supply, and execution
• Facilitate smooth communication across departments

1. Stock Management & Availability

• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely restocking
• Coordinate with supply teams to maintain material availability
• Highlight potential stock shortages proactively

1. Dispatch & Delivery Management

• Track dispatches and ensure on-time deliveries
• Coordinate urgent deliveries and resolve logistical challenges
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery updates

1. Issue Tracking & Resolution

• Handle first-level resolution of wrong material and quality complaints
• Track all open issues with clear ownership, timelines, and next steps
• Ensure timely closure of issues to maintain service quality

1. Escalation Management

• Escalate issues only when unresolved, repeated, high-value, or commercially critical
• Provide clear context and action plan during escalations
• Work towards minimizing repeat issues through process improvements Skills & Experience We’re Looking For: Must-Have

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in operations/sales coordination or order management
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams

• Experience in B2B, manufacturing, or supply chain environment
• Exposure to inventory or dispatch operations
