Clinic Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Manager to oversee daily clinic operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and manage staff and resources efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, and experienced in healthcare administration.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our clinic’s services and patient base. Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth patient flow, optimal staffing, and regulatory compliance. Analyse performance metrics and market trends to identify business opportunities and foster continuous improvement. Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to enhance profitability.

Qualifications

& Experience: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 4-6 years’ experience in managing clinical operations, business development, or growth strategy (preferably in healthcare or wellness). Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and administrative processes. Proven track record in client acquisition, partnerships, and revenue growth.

Experience leading cross-functional teams in a clinical or wellness environment. Strong ability to manage budgets, optimize processes, and improve service delivery. Established network within healthcare, corporate wellness, or community organizations.
