Project Manager - Senior Sport Scientist & Data Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Senior Sport Scientist & Data Analyst to lead and optimize physical readiness programs through evidence-based sport science practices, performance analytics, and strategic leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead physical readiness and performance enhancement programs. Analyze performance, wellness, and readiness data to drive informed decision-making. Manage multidisciplinary teams including Sport Science, Physiotherapy, Psychology, and Data Analysis. Oversee daily operations of the Physical Readiness Center. Develop innovative training methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.

Prepare performance reports and strategic recommendations for management.

Requirements

Master's degree or higher in Sport Science, Exercise Physiology, Human Performance, Kinesiology, or related field. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a military or tactical environment. Strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills. Relevant Sport Science, Strength & Conditioning, or Coaching certifications preferred.
