Change Management Lead

The Change Management Lead supports departments undergoing organizational, process, or technology-driven change by developing and implementing change management plans, communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement approaches. The successful candidate will help ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and organizational structures while minimizing disruption and increasing stakeholder alignment.

Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans for departments undergoing organizational or process transformation. Conduct change readiness assessments and stakeholder impact analyses. Design and implement communication and training strategies that support adoption of new processes, systems, and organizational structures.

Support configuration and change management policy development aligned with governance requirements. Collaborate with workforce development and training teams to deliver integrated change and training initiatives. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified Scrum. Master (CSM) Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) ITIL v3 Expertise in organizational change management and stakeholder engagement.

Strong communication planning and execution capabilities. Experience conducting readiness assessments and stakeholder impact analyses. Ability to develop adoption strategies for organizations experiencing process, operational, or technology change. Knowledge of governance, configuration management, and change management policy development.

Experience working across business, technical, and leadership stakeholder groups.
