The Contract Financial Operations Analyst (Fiscal) provides critical financial and administrative support to the financial management team, working closely with the Financial Analyst to ensure the accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of financial activities. This role supports the review, tracking, analysis, and maintenance of financial documentation associated with funding.

Assist the Government with ensuring accountability and accuracy of Government fiscal records. Assist the Government with the preparation of financial documents such as deposit slips, obligation, transfer, and payment forms using templates provided by the Government. Assist with financial records maintenance to ensure that information is input into the Government database and filed appropriately once received.

Enter monetary assets and payment information into the Government database. Assist the Government with monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliation and inventory reports for cash and monetary instruments. The contractor shall assist with maintaining logs to track the movement of seized and forfeited monetary assets. Other duties as mission needed and within the scope of this contract.

Minimum Education: Associates degree or High School diploma with two years of finance experience Minimum Years of experience: Two years of financial/data management work experience Minimum required skills: Analytical Skills Proficient in Excel Attention to detail Excellent communication skills
