What You’ll Do:**

Greet and assist customers in selecting the perfect BMW-MINI or Volvo vehicle to fit their lifestyle.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through follow-up and personalized service.

Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of BMW and MINI vehicles, features, and technology.

Manage the full sales process - from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.

Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.

Stay up to date with manufacturer training and dealership standards.

What We’re Looking For:**

Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience required**.

Bilingual (English/Spanish)** required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, goal-driven, and customer-service oriented.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
