The Associate Talent Acquisition Partner supports Catholic Charities’ mission by attracting and hiring qualified, mission-aligned talent. This position combines full cycle recruitment and Talent Acquisition administrative support, with emphasis on accountability, timeliness, and service excellence. This position owns the full-cycle hiring process, from requisition through onboarding, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and mission-driven experience for candidates and hiring managers. Administratively, this position maintains the operational integrity of the Talent Acquisition process through accurate data management, compliance, and proactive follow-through.
