Responsibilities

Greet customers and take their orders Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in with customers and addressing any concerns Process payments and handle member and credit card transactions Maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery Requirements: Prior experience as a server is preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Attention to detail and ability to multitask
