Job Summary

The Host will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests. The Host will also assist with answering phones, taking to-go orders, and maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests as they arrive and seat them at their table Manage reservations and ensure timely seating of guests Assist with answering phones and taking to-go orders Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to bend, stoop, and reach
