Compensation

& Benefits Pay Range: $28-$36/ per hour- Lead and $32-$44/ per hour

This role includes hands-on work, leadership, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.

Qualifications

& Responsibilities Lead Mechanic (7+ Years Experience Required) Minimum 7 years of experience in the sheet metal/HVAC field Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and P&ID schematics Work independently and collaboratively within a team Provide hands-on leadership to field crews Oversee projects from layout through final installation and testing Supervise mechanics and apprentices installing commercial HVAC sheet metal systems Ensure work is completed on schedule and according to specifications Foreman (10+ Years Experience Required) Minimum 10 years of experience in the sheet metal/HVAC field Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and P&ID schematics Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills Fabricate, assemble, and install sheet metal systems for commercial HVAC applications Coordinate and schedule subcontractors on-site Ensure project quality and customer satisfaction at every stage Build strong relationships with crews, clients, and vendors Supervise apprentices, mechanics, lead mechanics, and journeymen Perform additional duties as assigned Minimum Requirements Must own basic hand tools required for the trade Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Must pass a post-offer drug screen and required background checks (DMV, criminal history, etc.)
