Tax and Accounting Services Manager Company: Exemplar Companies Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Remote Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM About the Role Exemplar Companies is seeking an experienced Tax and Accounting Services Manager to manage accounting engagements, develop tax plans, and support high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients.

The ideal candidate has strong accounting and cash flow management experience, is proficient in QuickBooks, and brings a collaborative, client-focused approach to delivering high-quality professional services.

Key Responsibilities

Manage accounting engagements for HNW and UHNW clients. Prepare tax plans and support tax planning initiatives for clients. Oversee monthly accounting activities, cash flow management, and financial reporting. Meet with clients to discuss accounting needs, financial performance, and tax planning opportunities. Identify opportunities to develop new business and build client relationships.

Collaborate with the tax and accounting team to coordinate client engagements and deliver quality service. Provide functional guidance and support across accounting engagements. Use accounting, tax preparation, and tax planning software to support client work. Required Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in monthly accounting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.

QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor certification required. Familiarity with tax preparation and tax planning software platforms. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and client relationship management skills. Ability to manage multiple engagements and work collaboratively with a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients. Previous experience at a CPA firm or professional services firm. Bilingual or multilingual communication skills.

Compensation
