Senior Tax Advisor Company: Exemplar Companies Employment Type: Seasonal, Full-Time Location: Remote – South Florida (between Miami and West Palm Beach) Seasonal Dates: January 4, 2027 – April 16, 2027 Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM About the Role Exemplar Companies is seeking an experienced Senior Tax Advisor to support individual and business tax engagements for high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients during the upcoming tax season.

This is a seasonal, full-time remote position for a tax professional with strong technical tax knowledge, attention to detail, and a collaborative, client-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare individual, business, corporate, and trust tax returns for HNW and UHNW clients. Prepare federal tax returns, including Forms 1040, 1040-NR, 1065, 1120, 1120-S, and 1041. Work directly with clients to gather information, clarify tax-related questions, and support accurate, timely filing. Analyze financial information and supporting documentation to identify issues and ensure complete, accurate returns.

Use tax preparation and tax-planning software to support return preparation and planning activities. Collaborate with the Director of Tax and Client Success Coordinator to coordinate client engagements and meet deadlines. Participate in team meetings and ongoing training as needed. Required Qualifications At least 5 years of experience preparing HNW and UHNW individual, business, corporate, and trust tax returns.

Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or Enrolled Agent (EA) credential. Experience preparing a broad range of tax returns, including Forms 1040, 1040-NR, 1065, 1120, 1120-S, and 1041. Strong technical tax knowledge, attention to detail, organization, and commitment to quality. Strong communication and client-service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

Ability to work the full seasonal schedule from January 4 through April 16, 2027.

Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual or multilingual communication skills. Experience with CCH Axcess Tax and Bloomberg Income Tax Planner.

Compensation

and Benefits Compensation will be determined based on experience. Bonus or commission arrangements and benefits, if applicable, will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Environment The Senior Tax Advisor will work remotely and collaborate closely with the Director of Tax and the Client Success Coordinator. This role requires professionalism, discretion, and care when handling confidential client financial information.
